RALI comes from the word “rally,” the part of the game where players connect and the ball keeps moving.To us, it represents connection, movement, and the shared moments that make pickleball more than just a score.

What materials are used in RALI paddles?
We offer a range of materials tailored to different player needs:
RALLY Series (Current – Recreational):
• Fiberglass face for better forgiveness and soft touch
• Honeycomb polymer core for lightweight performance
• Cushioned sweat-resistant grip
• ABS edge guard for extra protection
SPIN & APEX Series (Upcoming – Advanced):
• Carbon fiber and premium T700 carbon fiber face options
• Enhanced core structure for added power and responsiveness
Is RALI USAPA approved?
USAPA certification is underway. We’ll share updates on our Instagram and website as soon as approval is completed.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all RALI paddles are covered under our standard manufacturer’s warranty.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re happy to update the address.
Email us at support@ralipickleball.com as soon as possible.
Once shipped, we can’t modify delivery details.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on your location.
For customers in Houston, we also offer free local delivery within the 610 Loop.
If your address qualifies, the Local Delivery option will appear automatically at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy.
Try your paddle risk-free - if you don’t love it, return it for a refund or exchange.

Can I exchange my paddle for a different model or design?
Yes, exchanges are welcome within 30 days.
Just make sure the paddle is in gently used or new condition.
