Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Options & Delivery Time
United States
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.
Standard Shipping (3–6 business days)
- Automatically calculated at checkout based on your location
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Rates displayed at checkout
- Not available for P.O. Boxes
Express Shipping (1–2 business days)
- Rates shown at checkout
- Available only for select areas
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.
Local Delivery (Houston Only)
We offer free local delivery within the 610 Loop in Houston.
If your address qualifies, the Local Delivery option will appear automatically at checkout.
Local deliveries are typically completed within same day or next business day.
International Shipping
International shipping is not available at this time.
We’re actively working on expanding worldwide—stay tuned.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or your building’s front desk
- Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout
- Wait up to 24 hours—some carriers mark packages delivered early

Wrong Address or Change Requests
If you entered an incorrect address or need to make a change, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We’ll review your request and provide a replacement or appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Delays & Carrier Issues
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines and transit updates are managed by the carrier.
RALI is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier backlogs
- Customs inspections
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
That said, we’re always happy to assist if you need help contacting the carrier.
