We stand behind every paddle we make. RALI paddles are built with performance, craftsmanship, and durability in mind - and we want you to play hard, with confidence.

What’s Covered

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Issues that arise during normal use of the paddle
  • Defects present at the time of delivery

This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover the following:Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper care (e.g., hitting paddles together or against the ground)Normal wear and tear (grip tape, edge guards, surface fading)Warping or delamination from exposure to extreme heat, cold, or moistureCosmetic blemishes that do not affect performancePaddles purchased from unauthorized resellersAny paddle that has been modified or altered

Warranty Eligibility & Activation

To activate your warranty, please:Register your paddle within 30 days of delivery.
