We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our pickleball paddles.

All RALI paddles are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal playing conditions, including:
-Structural defects in the paddle face
-Handle breakage caused by internal failure
-Loose or defective edge guard due to manufacturing issues
-End cap defects or separation not caused by impact

If a defect is confirmed, RALI may, at its discretion:
-Replace the paddle, or
-Offer store credit or a refund equal to the original purchase price

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:
-Normal wear and tear
-Cosmetic damage, including surface scratches or graphic fading
-Damage caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect
-Damage from hitting the ground, fences, posts, or other paddles
-Rattling or sound issues that do not affect performance
-Exposure to extreme heat, cold, or moisture
-Modifications or repairs not authorized by RALI
-Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers

-Proof of purchase is required
-The product must be purchased directly from ralipickleball.com or an authorized retailer
